Birthday Hits — Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of Birthday Hits (the "app"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Birthday Hits. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use it.

The service

Birthday Hits lets you pick a date and builds a playlist of #1 hits charted since then, added to your own Apple Music library via your authorization. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "Apple Music" is a trademark of Apple Inc.

Your account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for whatever happens under your account, and for keeping access to your Apple ID secure.

Content you create

Event labels and playlist names you enter are your content -- you own them. By creating a playlist, you grant us permission to display that content, including on a shareable page if you choose to share it. Don't submit anything unlawful, harassing, or infringing on someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

Termination

You can stop using the app any time, and request account deletion per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms.

No warranty

Birthday Hits is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the chart data is error-free or that Apple Music playlist creation will always succeed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birthday Hits and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
